Make sure there's no typo in your email address. If you're still struggling, ask your teacher/counselor to look up on the teacher side what email address is associated with your account.

If your school / college has subscribed to Unifrog but you don’t yet have a student account, let your teacher/counselor know and they can create an account for you.

I haven't received / can't find my welcome email

Check your junk/spam folder. If you can't find it there, request another welcome email here.

I'm not at a school / college that's partnered with Unifrog, but I want to use Unifrog anyway

Unfortunately we have to partner with a school / college first; we can't even set you up with a demo account.
