Troubleshooting: 'Approval required' when using SSO (Microsoft users)

If you or your students get the above message when trying to log into Unifrog via SSO, a colleague with admin permissions for the Microsoft account (usually on the IT team), will need to grant access for you and your students.
We've included instructions, which you can show them if needed:
Step 1: You send the request to the technical team, including an explanation of why you need the permission (as shown in the image above).
Step 2: The technical team sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center and go to ‘Entra ID’, then ‘Enterprise apps’.
Step 3: Under ‘Activity’, they select ‘Admin consent requests’.
Step 4: In the ‘My Pending’ tab, they view the pending requests. Here, they can select Unifrog from the list.
Step 5: They review the request details and approve it.
