What it is and how to get the most out of it copy

Just been told about Unifrog at your child’s school or college? Great! We’ll show you how it can help your child hop, skip, and jump towards the best next step for them.
The first part of this guide takes you through how Unifrog works for students aged 11-18. To find out what Unifrog has to offer for pupils aged 4-11, check out the bottom of the guide.
Unifrog is designed to support young people to make informed decisions about their futures. There are a range of tools students can use to do this, whichever year group they’re in.

Parent guides and resources
We know that parents and caregivers play a big role in helping their child to choose and achieve their goals, so we've created a Conversation Starter resource. It's designed to help you and your child figure out where they are is in their career decision journey, and how you can support them.
We also have clear, practical guides written especially for parents and caregivers on topics like choosing an apprenticeship, using Clearing, and supporting your child with dyslexia, which you can access straight from your parent account:

Staying in the loop
As well as accessing guides, you can use your parent accounts to:
- see your child’s next tasks, unfinished actions, upcoming events, placements, and the interactions added by their teachers
- sign up to free webinars for parents and caregivers
- subscribe and unsubscribe to the parent/caregiver daily summary email (which summarises activities your child has done on Unifrog the day before) and the parent/caregiver newsletter (which shares parent webinars, guides, and opportunities for your child).
You'll be automatically asked if you want to subscribe to emails when your first create your parent account, but if you want to subscribe or unsubscribe at any point after that, you can do so through the Settings on your parent account:
Unifrog for students aged 4-11
Pupils at this age group don't have their own accounts like secondary pupils; instead Unifrog is led by teachers. Our lesson packs and Careers library are designed to broaden pupils' horizons, help them make links between subjects, and spark their curiosity.
While pupils don't have their own Unifrog accounts, parents do. You'll be able to:
- see the interactions added for your children
- receive notifications from the school to do with careers and PSHE
- browse the Careers library, and share content from it with your children
- see and sign up to parent-specific webinars to do with Careers and PSHE run by Unifrog.
